Nimbus recently introduced the newest addition to their fleet — the breathtaking Nimbus 495 Flybridge. The largest Nimbus boat yet, stuns with its extraordinary interior and exterior design. It guarantees a feeling of being on board your own private “island”.

The Nimbus 495 Flybridge is the evolution of the Coupé Cruisers range. This model is powered by 2 x Volvo Penta IPS650 and achieves a cruising speed of 20-24 knots, and a maximum speed of 27 knots. Moreover, it offers three distinct social spaces:

It is hard to decide which of the three distinct social areas we like best; flybridge, aft-deck, or foredeck. Each area abounds in comfort, functionality, and style. Let’s dive into all the new Nimbus 495 Flybridge features!

Aft-deck

The aft deck features a spacious corner sofa, complemented by two extra deck chairs and a dining table. The big table effortlessly adjusts to your desires, ensuring the perfect setting for relishing in your culinary delights or sipping your favorite beverages. The cruising experience is enhanced with a vertically adjustable aft window, including blinds. This adds more protection from the wind and rain while maintaining excellent visibility.

The large door connects the aft deck to the saloon and galley, allowing you to easily move between interior and exterior spaces. In addition, the large bathing platform is accessible from the cockpit and features integrated stairs that simplify getting into the water.

Foredeck

The foredeck offers a large sun lounger, easily convertible into a U-shaped seating unit around a table. Elevate the experience further with the easily extendable sunroof, supported by four carbon fiber rods, and enjoy the amazing view from the shade.

Flybridge

Experience the harmonious connection with nature on the thoughtfully designed flybridge. While slightly smaller than its competitors, the flybridge offers a more intimate and airy environment with its large glass surface. It is a great place to relax, with passenger and skipper seats on either side of the helm station. There’s also, an optional small fridge under the co-pilots seat. The XXL sofa is on the starboard side with either a chaise longue option facing the cruising direction or integration of this section into the sofa. Additionally, the large table has an integrated sink and mixer tap!

Furthermore, the expansive sunroof in front of the flybridge brings you closer to nature. However, the compact design allows for additional space for solar panel.

Interior

Relax in the heart of the boat – in the saloon. The U-shaped seating unit features a convenient, foldable dining table, and provides a comfortable space for relaxation and meals. There are plenty of storage spaces in the saloon for a clutter-free environment and excellent organization of on board life. Large windows offer breathtaking views from every angle, and in case you or anyone on board get bored with the view, you can just turn on the TV and watch your favorite show.

The U-shaped galley serves both the cockpit and saloon dining areas seamlessly, or you could also add a wet bar to the aft-deck with a sink and grill. The galley can be equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and ceramic stove, for all your culinary purposes and ambitions. Moving towards the helm, you’ll find an L-shaped sofa for co-passengers and a captain’s chair on the pillar, two 16-inch multifunction displays, and all the necessary electronic aids. The passageway behind the captain’s chair leads to the side deck, which is a great feature that improves communication and eases docking and maneuvering in crowded marinas or coves.

Below the deck

Two layout versions are available for more customization options. Both versions include the exquisite master and VIP cabins. You had an option to choose between an additional guest cabin with bunk beds or a versatile utility room.

The master cabin, located centrally, exudes elegance with natural light flooding in through large glass panes on each side of the hull. A spacious double berth takes center stage, complemented by a daybed on the starboard side. The VIP cabin is located in the bow and offers a comfortable double bed situated in the center with easy access from both sides. Filled with natural light and offering stunning views from the bed, this cabin provides enough storage space for long voyages.

Each cabin features a separate bathroom with walk-in shower sections. In the 3-cabin layout, the front bathroom serves the VIP and the small guest cabin, as well as the day head, adding convenience and efficiency.
